The Union Building is a historic landmark in the heart of downtown Hood River.

Built in the early 1900’s as a rail shipment facility for the local fruit industry, the Union Building has been dormant since the late 1960’s.

Starting in 2005, the Union Building will undergo a complete renovation into:

     · residential lofts
     · office and commercial space
     · studio space

The Union Building is about to come alive again.
